HubSpot consulting & implementation

HubSpot that follows up on every lead.

We build HubSpot automations that nurture every lead, read and route every reply with AI, move bookings into your pipeline, and keep calls and notes in sync, so your team only steps in where it matters.

HubSpot that follows up, classifies and hands off on its ownHubSpot sits in the middle of lead forms, replies and a dialer on the left, and Slack, e-signature and ClickUp on the right, with Claude and ChatGPT below. In turn: a new lead starts a nurture sequence and sales is notified; a reply is classified by Claude and the team is alerted in Slack; a deal reaching activation sends an agreement for e-signature after ChatGPT prepares the details; a closed deal creates the project in ClickUp.AUTOMATED IN · HUBSPOTNew lead captured → nurture starts, sales notifiedReply classified by Claude → team alerted in SlackDeal moved to activation → agreement sent to signDeal closed → project created in ClickUpLead formsRepliesDialerSlackE-signClaudeChatGPTILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLE

Illustrative workflow · Sample data

Illustrative HubSpot workflow: every reply read and routedSample data. A lead replies to a nurture email. A Make scenario pulls the contact's history from HubSpot, Claude classifies the reply's intent as interested, the result is parsed and written back to HubSpot, and a router picks the action: keep nurturing, remove from the sequence, notify the team in Slack, or escalate by email. Here the team is notified; a sales rep calls, the call is logged, and the lead is taken out of the automation.New replyNURTURE EMAIL 3Sam Rivera · sam@example.comThanks, this sounds like what weneed. One example on HubSpot

AI-routed lead replies

  • New leads contacted right away, instead of waiting for someone to follow up.

  • Replies read by AI with the contact’s history, then routed: keep nurturing, remove, notify the team, or escalate.

  • Calls logged by the sales team take the lead out of automation, so people and workflows never collide.

How we work

Discover, build, support.

Every engagement follows the same three steps, so you always know what happens next.

  1. 01

    Discover & Design

We map how your business actually runs: every process, tool, and handoff. Then we design a clear system blueprint you approve before anything is built.

  2. 02

    Build & Implement

We configure your platforms, automate workflows, and connect integrations, then test everything against the requirements we agreed.

  3. 03

    Support & Optimize

We train your team and hand over a system they can run. Ongoing support and optimization are available as custom-quoted arrangements.

The first step is a free discovery call.

FAQ

Common questions.

What teams ask us most about HubSpot.

How does AI help inside HubSpot?

We use AI where reading is the bottleneck: it reads each reply to a sequence, works out what the person wants, and triggers the right next step, such as a ticket for a callback, a Slack alert or a booking link. Your team stays in control of what matters.

Can HubSpot stay in sync with our phone system?

Yes. We have synced call dispositions from a sales dialer back into HubSpot, so every contact shows its latest outcome and automations pause once a person has stepped in.

Can a closed deal start the project automatically?

Yes. A closed deal or accepted proposal in HubSpot can create the project in your delivery platform, such as ClickUp, so nothing is set up twice.

Do you work in phases?

Usually. We start with the automation that removes the most manual work, such as nurture and reply handling, then build on the same HubSpot data in later phases.

Still have a question? We are happy to help.
