Who we are

This website is operated by Flowstream Integrated Systems LLC (“Flowstream”, “we”, “us”), a business systems consulting and implementation company based in Miami, Florida, United States. You can reach us at projects@flowstream.io.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us, and basic technical information needed to run the site.

• When you email us or book a call: your name, company, email address, the service you are interested in, and your message.
• When you book through our scheduling tool (Calendly): the details you enter there, such as your name, email, answers to the booking questions and chosen time.
• Technical information: standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

We do not ask for payment card details on this website.

How we use it

• To reply to your questions and requests.
• To schedule and prepare for discovery calls and AI consultations.
• To prepare quotes and deliver the services you engage us for.
• To provide support for projects we deliver.
• To keep the website secure and working properly.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and respond to you, and only as needed for that purpose:

• HostGator, which hosts this website.
• Google Workspace, for email.
• Calendly, for booking calls and consultations.
• ClickUp, where we track enquiries, clients and projects.
• Make, which automates how information moves between these tools.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The booking calendar is provided by Calendly and loads only when you choose to open it; Calendly may then set its own cookies, as described in its privacy policy.

If we add analytics or advertising measurement, those tools will load only after you give consent where consent is required, and we will update this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, including any legal, accounting or warranty obligations.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email projects@flowstream.io. We will respond within the time the law requires. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No website or transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
