Monday.com consulting & implementation

Monday.com that launches and reports on its own.

We build Monday.com systems where a form or a status change creates the whole project or campaign, boards stay in sync, and leadership sees everything from one place, even without a Monday.com account.

Monday.com boards that launch, sync and report on their ownMonday.com sits in the middle of requests, the CRM and the team on the left, and service boards, a shared calendar and a dashboard on the right, with Make and briefs below. In turn: a closed deal builds the project and its service boards; a campaign form creates the channel boards and briefs; logged hours update the remaining hours on the dashboard; a changed launch date updates the shared calendar.AUTOMATED IN · MONDAY.COMDeal closed → project and service boards builtCampaign submitted → channel boards and briefsHours logged → remaining hours updatedLaunch date changed → shared calendar updatedMonday.comRequestsCRMTeamBoardsCalendarDashboardBriefsILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLE

Illustrative Monday.com workflow: campaign launcher to live calendarSample data. A form defines a new campaign, its brand and its channels. Changing its status to ready for onboarding moves it through the campaign launcher board and launches it. Boards and asset tasks are created for each selected channel, everything is recorded in one projects database, and a shared dashboard that doesn't need a Monday.com login shows the launch calendar, colour-coded by channel.New campaignCAMPAIGNQ3 Campaign LaunchBRANDBrand ACHANNELSEmailEmailSocialSocialPrintPrintWebWebSubmitCampaign LauncherINCOMINGREADY FOR ONBOARDINGONBOARDEDMonthly NewsletterBRAND BLaunchedQ3 Campaign LaunchBRAND ANewReadyLaunchedChannel boardsAUTO-CREATEDEmailSocialPrintWebShared dashboardNO LOGIN NEEDEDPROJECTS DATABASE · LAUNCH CALENDARMONTUEWEDTHUFRI

How we work

Discover, build, support.

Every engagement follows the same three steps, so you always know what happens next.

  1. 01

    Discover & Design

We map how your business actually runs: every process, tool, and handoff. Then we design a clear system blueprint you approve before anything is built.

  2. 02

    Build & Implement

We configure your platforms, automate workflows, and connect integrations, then test everything against the requirements we agreed.

  3. 03

    Support & Optimize

We train your team and hand over a system they can run. Ongoing support and optimization are available as custom-quoted arrangements.

The first step is a free discovery call.

FAQ

Common questions.

What teams ask us most about Monday.com.

Our dashboards are hitting Monday.com’s board limits. Can you fix that?

Yes. Instead of connecting every board to a dashboard, we sync the data you report on into one central board. Dashboards and calendars read from that, so you can keep adding boards without breaking the overview.

Can people outside Monday.com see progress?

Yes. We set up shareable views and calendars that stakeholders open from a link, with no account, login or training needed.

Can Monday.com track hours against what we sold?

Yes. We have built hours tracking against contracted hours, including change orders, with remaining hours calculated automatically, so overruns show up while there is still time to act.

Do you migrate existing projects?

Yes. When we restructure a workspace, existing projects can be moved into the new structure by automation instead of being rebuilt by hand.

Still have a question? We are happy to help.
